Henry married Clara Jane Bryant on April ll，1888．Clara was the daughteror a local farmer and shared Henry' s background and values. In prlVate，Henry called her "Callie." In public，he referred to her as "the Believer" for her unfailing faith in his abilities and her support of his ideas． |
